Best ways to reach us

The fastest way to reach the IconDrop team is by email at hello@icondrop.example. We read every message and try to respond within two business days. If your note is about a specific icon or category, please include the URL — that helps us route the message to the right editor faster.

Request a new icon or collection

If there is an icon you would love to see in the archive, send us a description and a few example links to similar icons. We will check whether OpenMoji already has the asset (in which case it is usually a quick add) or whether we should propose the asset to the upstream project. New collections — themed bundles built around a product scenario — are easier to add. Send us a list of the use cases the collection should cover and we will sketch out the curated set.

Report a problem

Found a broken page, an icon with the wrong tags, or a category description that mentions the wrong source? Drop us a note with the URL and a brief description. We will investigate and reply with a fix or an explanation.

Press & partnerships

If you are writing about open-source design tooling, building a product that would benefit from native IconDrop integration, or running a meetup or conference about UI/UX design, we would love to hear from you. Send us your pitch and we will get back to you with availability.

A note on response times

IconDrop is maintained by a small team that ships in between client projects. We aim to respond within two business days, but if you have not heard back within a week, please send a polite follow-up — your original note may have been swallowed by an over-aggressive spam filter.
